California Man Arrested in Arkansas with Over 100 Pounds of Illegal Marijuana.

The Arkansas State Police (ASP) arrested a California Man on Wednesday, August 21 around 4:40 p.m. while traveling eastbound on Interstate 40 at the 104-mile marker in County.

After being stopped for a traffic violation, 44-year-old David Willis, of Lower Lake, California, had his vehicle searched by ASP Troopers.

Upon the search, Troopers discovered more than 100 pounds of high-grade, illegal marijuana in vacuum-sealed trash bags. The official total was 105.

Troopers arrested Willis and transported him to the Conway County Detention Center and he was charged with felony possession with Intent to Deliver and felony possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
