Delaware Legislature Approves Bill Allowing Senior Citizens Access to Medical Marijuana.

The bill eliminates the requirement that a person must have a debilitating medical condition to qualify for medical marijuana.
Instead, doctors will have the freedom to prescribe it on a case-by-case basis as they see fit.
