OSBI offers reward in Homicide at legal Marijuana grow
Investigation quickly revealed suspects forced entry onto the property, stealing a number of items.
Details are now released by OSBI (Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation) regarding a Homicide last Sunday, January 7, at a legal marijuana grow facility in Okfuskee County. The Sheriff’s Office requested OSBI to assist their investigation.
Earlier that morning, Okfuskee County deputies responded to a property near State Highway 48 and East 1020 Road near Castle. They discovered Harry Dam, 53, deceased from a gunshot wound. Other victims were physically assaulted, but are expected to recover.
OSBI special agents immediately determined the property is a legal marijuana grow site. Investigation quickly revealed suspects forced entry onto the property, stealing a number of items.
At this time, the OSBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrests and convictions regarding this case.
