Cannabis factory discovered in Sudbury industrial estate

A man is on the run after a cannabis factory was discovered in an industrial estate unit. 

Officers made the discovery at the Chilton Industrial Estate in Sudbury just before 8pm on Wednesday, May 15. 

A large cannabis grow over two floors was found when entering a unit. 

Two male suspects were located within the premises who both fled the scene. 

A 42-year-old man was located and arrested on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis. 

He was taken to Bury St Edmunds police station for questioning where he remains. 

The second man remains on the run.
