Vehicle Crashes into Cannabis Dispensary, Injuring Three

3 hurt after SUV crashes into Attleboro dispensary.

A vehicle crashed through the entrance of a cannabis dispensary in Attleboro on Thursday, sending three people to the hospital.

Attleboro police say the SUV hit Zahara Cannabis Dispensary on Mossberg Drive around 1:30 p.m. and continued until it was fully inside the business.

The driver, a 61-year-old woman, suffered minor injuries, according to police, while two people were struck by the vehicle: a 42-year-old woman who was outside the building and a 34-year-old male employee who was inside. All three were taken to area hospitals for treatment.

The vehicle has since been removed from the dispensary. Police said the city’s building inspector is now assessing the structural damage.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
