OBN busts Harmony Grow Inc, seizes over 42k Marijuana plants in black market raid

Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Busts Illegal Marijuana Operation in Asher.

Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics busted an illegal marijuana growing operation in Asher as part of its ongoing black-market investigations in the state.

On February 20, the OBN's Marijuana Enforcement Teams (MET) served a search warrant at Harmony Grow Inc. in Asher, Oklahoma.

According to OBN agents, the illegal farming operation obtained its registration by fraud by using a "straw owner".

Agents seized over 42,000 plants and more than 300 pounds of processed marijuana.

Arrests and charges are pending the completion of the case.

Officials that assisted in the raid include the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Department and the District 23 Drug Task Force.
