Orange County Cannabis Company gets final approval to open

An Orange County cannabis dispensary just received final approval from the state to begin selling their product.
The owner of Orange County Cannabis Company in Wawayanda told News 12 he was overjoyed to learn the news.
The family-owned business was among over 400 blocked from opening for months due to a lawsuit challenging the state’s social justice licensing system.
The lawsuit has since been resolved and the licensing process has resumed.
Orange County Cannabis Company’s grand opening is on Jan. 5.
