Traffic Stop in San Antonio Uncovers Marijuana Stashed in Buc-ee's Plushies; Driver Arrested.

A man has been arrested after authorities discovered marijuana hidden in stuffed Buc-ee's plushies during a traffic stop in San Antonio.

The incident occurred around 1:10 a.m. on July 31 near I-10 and mile marker 664.

According to the Fayette County Sheriff's Office, a vehicle had been pulled over for a traffic infraction.

During a search, deputies smelled marijuana emitting from the car. In the backseat, stuffed Buc-ee's beaver plushies were found.

Deputies discovered packages of marijuana and ecstasy in the plushies after noticing they had packages inside and had been restitched.

Lugene Davis Jr., 47, was the driver of the vehicle.

He was taken to a local hospital for treatment after suffering chest pain, however, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
