Will European Medical Cannabis Shift From Flowers To Oils?

European medical cannabis will shift from capricious flowers to quality oils as patients seek consistent and reliable medicines.

Some manufacturers looking to supply Europe with competitively-priced medical cannabis are preparing for this shift. And, one Colombian cultivator says such a switch would have major benefits  in the German market – Europe’s premier medical cannabis country.

Oliver Zugel is founder of Colombian cultivator FoliuMed which hopes to have its first medical cannabis oils available for shipment to Europe by the end of the year.

Will It Be A Brexit Boom Or Bust For U.K. Cannabis?

A Boris Johnson Brexit looks set to free the U.K. from the regulatory orbit of the European Union (E.U.) and usher in an exciting new era for cannabis.

As markets encounter turmoil here, armchair analysts may not have the answers they think they do to problems across the pond where business can move much more slowly.

While CBD seems to be everywhere and do everything in North America, from treating anxiety disorders in pets to putting the glow back in your complexion, in Europe, it is just hitting the radar.

That’s probably because the legal framework in Europe surrounding CBD is so confusing. Each country in the European Union (EU) has different laws for CBD, despite the fact that they share the EU umbrella. Strain Insider has reported that the regulations between countries can be tricky.
