Adults 21 and older could start buying recreational marijuana in August, months after Ohioans voted to legalize adult-use cannabis. "The cat's not going back in the bag," Ohio Cannabis Coalition spokesperson Tom Haren said during a panel last week. "Ohio has a legal, adult-use program. That program is here to stick around."   [Read More on MMJ Daily](https://www.mmjdaily.com/article/9686121/us-oh-191m-in-sales-for-ohio-since-august-state-reveals/?utm_medium=email) [Cannabis Business News](https://420intel.com/blog/tag/cannabis-business-news) ![Buzz](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png?width=200&height=200&name=Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png) #### [Buzz](https://420intel.com/blog/author/buzz) At 420 Intel, we cover cannabis legalization news throughout the world, offer reliable information for cannabis business owners, detail technological advances that impact the marijuana industry, cover marijuana rallies from across the globe, and everything in between. - - - [Cannabis Business News](https://420intel.com/blog/tag/cannabis-business-news) [![Ohio’s adult-use cannabis rollout was one of the most successful in the US, says analyst](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AI-Generated%20Media/Images/The%20image%20depicts%20a%20bustling%20Ohio%20cannabis%20dispensary%2c%20vibrant%20with%20activity.jpeg?width=550&height=395&name=The%20image%20depicts%20a%20bustling%20Ohio%20cannabis%20dispensary%2c%20vibrant%20with%20activity.jpeg)](https://420intel.com/blog/ohios-adult-use-cannabis-rollout-was-one-of-the-most-successful-in-the-us-says-analyst) - [![Buzz](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png?width=80&height=80&name=Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png) Buzz](https://420intel.com/blog/author/buzz) - 8 January 2025 #### [Ohio’s adult-use cannabis rollout was one of the most successful in the US, says analyst](https://420intel.com/blog/ohios-adult-use-cannabis-rollout-was-one-of-the-most-successful-in-the-us-says-analyst) (WJW) —Ohio’snewly launchedrecreational marijuanamarket is already turning heads nationwide,...
