Ohio Cannabis Company sits 10 miles outside the City of Troy. The next closest dispensaries are in Montgomery County. Shane Miller said he remembers when the conversation about selling weed legally in the city first started. “I don’t see or have a problem with it being in town. I think it might be a good thing,” Miller said. Miller does have a concern now that Troy has made their decision. “They’re going to continue selling it the illegal way,” Miller said.   [by WHIO7](https://www.whio.com/news/local/some-speak-out-after-troy-bans-adult-use-marijuana-sales/VNMRS32C3VAH3K36SZXKRGOJQ4/) [Cannabis Business News](https://420intel.com/blog/tag/cannabis-business-news) ![Buzz](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png?width=200&height=200&name=Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png) #### [Buzz](https://420intel.com/blog/author/buzz) At 420 Intel, we cover cannabis legalization news throughout the world, offer reliable information for cannabis business owners, detail technological advances that impact the marijuana industry, cover marijuana rallies from across the globe, and everything in between. - - - [Cannabis Politics](https://420intel.com/blog/tag/cannabis-politics) [![Woodstock approves Cannabis dispensary](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Woodstock%20approves%20Cannabis%20dispensary.jpg?width=550&height=395&name=Woodstock%20approves%20Cannabis%20dispensary.jpg)](https://420intel.com/blog/woodstock-approves-cannabis-dispensary) - [Admin](https://420intel.com/blog/author/admin) - 7 March 2024 #### [Woodstock approves Cannabis dispensary](https://420intel.com/blog/woodstock-approves-cannabis-dispensary) No discussion took place on the item before it was voted on at City Council meeting.
