The recalls come after additional testing revealed the presence of unauthorized pesticides, raising concerns about potential public health risks. These products were distributed and sold legally through licensed cannabis dispensaries across New York State. Initially, they were quarantined due to questions surrounding the reliability of testing results from a previously permitted laboratory. To ensure consumer safety, OCM ordered re-testing through a separate authorized lab. Unfortunately, nine product lots failed the new tests. Recalled Products Include: - **The Force Pre-Roll** (Lot: SWDV01) - **Blue Coffee Flower** (Lot: IC099-001-BC) - **Blue Coffee Pre-Roll** (Lot: IC099-BC1-PR) - **Sour Runtz Flower** (Lot: IC099-001-SR) - **Sour Runtz Pre-Roll** (Lot: IC099-SR1-PR) - **Cosmic Burst Flower** (Lot: PPPG01) - **Oreoz Flower** (Lot: IC099-001-OR) - **Oreoz Pre-Roll** (Lot: IC099-OR1-PR) - **Secret Flower Formula** (Lot: IC099-001-SF) Though no adverse health incidents have been reported so far, the recalls are being executed as a precautionary measure to protect consumer health. The Office continues to investigate how these products were approved and entered the market despite safety concerns. Any recalls that have purchased by consumers are urged to return them to the dispensary where the purchase was made—even if the package has been opened.   Additionally, any individuals who have experienced negative health effects after using these products are encouraged to report their experience. The OCM has an online incident reporting form available at cannabis.ny.gov/report-an-incident. This reporting system helps officials track potential issues and improve regulatory processes. For those currently experiencing troubling symptoms after consuming any cannabis product, immediate medical attention is advised. Contact your healthcare provider or reach out to the Poison Center at **1-800-222-1222** for guidance. As New York’s regulated cannabis market continues to grow, incidents like this highlight the importance of strong oversight and reliable product testing. The Office of Cannabis Management remains committed to ensuring that only safe, tested, and compliant products reach consumers throughout the state.   [by WBNG](https://www.wbng.com/2025/06/19/new-york-state-issues-recall-cannabis-products/)   [Recreational Cannabis News](https://420intel.com/blog/tag/recreational-cannabis-news) ![Buzz](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png?width=200&height=200&name=Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png) #### [Buzz](https://420intel.com/blog/author/buzz) At 420 Intel, we cover cannabis legalization news throughout the world, offer reliable information for cannabis business owners, detail technological advances that impact the marijuana industry, cover marijuana rallies from across the globe, and everything in between. - - - [Cannabis Technology News](https://420intel.com/blog/tag/cannabis-technology-news) [![Cannabis Beverages in 2025: A Growing Market Among Parents of Young Children With Wellness Appeal](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AI-Generated%20Media/Images/The%20image%20depicts%20a%20vibrant%2c%20modern%20kitchen%20with%20a%20sleek%20countertop%20adorned%20with%20an%20array%20of%20colorful%20cannabis%20beverages%20in%20elegant%20glass%20bottles%20and.jpeg?width=550&height=395&name=The%20image%20depicts%20a%20vibrant%2c%20modern%20kitchen%20with%20a%20sleek%20countertop%20adorned%20with%20an%20array%20of%20colorful%20cannabis%20beverages%20in%20elegant%20glass%20bottles%20and.jpeg)](https://420intel.com/blog/cannabis-beverages-in-2025-a-growing-market-among-parents-of-young-children-with-wellness-appeal) - [![Buzz](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png?width=80&height=80&name=Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png) Buzz](https://420intel.com/blog/author/buzz) - 6 March 2025 #### [Cannabis Beverages in 2025: A Growing Market Among Parents of Young Children With Wellness Appeal](https://420intel.com/blog/cannabis-beverages-in-2025-a-growing-market-among-parents-of-young-children-with-wellness-appeal) For thousands of years, Cannabis has been used by cultures around the world for both medicinal and...
