Police were called to Psalters Lane in Ferham, Rotherham, on Thursday after a man was reported to be acting suspiciously outside an address. The door of the property had been forced open, South Yorkshire Police said, with more than 400 plants found to be growing across the first floor and the loft. It is thought electricity being used inside the house had been bypassed, the force said, with the plants seized and later destroyed. The man had earlier been confronted by a neighbour and left the scene, police said, with investigations continuing. Insp John Crapper, of South Yorkshire Police, described illegal drugs as a "scourge on our societies". He said: "Cannabis is not a harmless drug - it funds criminality which wreaks misery on our local communities and this needs to stop."   [by BBC](https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cg4lv910qe6o) [Recreational Cannabis News](https://420intel.com/blog/tag/recreational-cannabis-news) ![Buzz](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png?width=200&height=200&name=Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png) #### [Buzz](https://420intel.com/blog/author/buzz) At 420 Intel, we cover cannabis legalization news throughout the world, offer reliable information for cannabis business owners, detail technological advances that impact the marijuana industry, cover marijuana rallies from across the globe, and everything in between. - - - [Medical Cannabis News](https://420intel.com/blog/tag/medical-cannabis-news) [![Cannabis Has Drug-Drug Interaction Risks With Certain Chemotherapies](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AI-Generated%20Media/Images/An%20image%20of%20a%20medical%20cannabis%20user%20undergoing%20cancer%20treatment%20and%20facing%20potential%20drugdrug%20interactions%20with%20certain%20chemotherapies.jpeg?width=550&height=395&name=An%20image%20of%20a%20medical%20cannabis%20user%20undergoing%20cancer%20treatment%20and%20facing%20potential%20drugdrug%20interactions%20with%20certain%20chemotherapies.jpeg)](https://420intel.com/blog/cannabis-has-drug-drug-interaction-risks-with-certain-chemotherapies) - [![Buzz](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png?width=80&height=80&name=Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png) Buzz](https://420intel.com/blog/author/buzz) - 12 November 2024 #### [Cannabis Has Drug-Drug Interaction Risks With Certain Chemotherapies](https://420intel.com/blog/cannabis-has-drug-drug-interaction-risks-with-certain-chemotherapies) Cannabis use may impact the efficacy or side effect profile of patients undergoing active cancer...
