FVKD products are legal hemp products. Each of FVKD’s products are tested by Armstrong Forensic Laboratory and meets the standards established by strict regulations. Many law enforcement agencies use Armstrong to test hemp products. FVKD chose to use the lab that was trusted by law enforcement. Armstrong maintains a reputation for being more strict than most accredited labs. During the news report, our products were featured in prominent positions in the story’s visuals. In the past law enforcement in North Texas has relied on faulty field tests. These tests are so unreliable that a Texas Department of Public Safety official testified in front of a legislative committee that the test was insufficient for testing hemp products. Each product FVKD sells has the necessary Certificates of Analysis, and the company double-checks to ensure that its products are indeed legal. FVKD has a two-pronged approach to ensuring its products are compliant: First, FVKD only uses the highest-quality lab-tested raw materials to produce its products, and then the finished products are sent for a secondary lab test to ensure they are 100% compliant.  “FOX4 has misled the public. It made an editorial decision to present FVKD’s products in an unfavorable light,” according to David Sergi, FVKD’s attorney. “We are confident that the FVKD products shown in the report are 100% compliant.” “FVKD is proud to provide legitimate and fully legal hemp products. On their website, they provide access to all the certificates of analysis so that people may rest assured that they are getting the products that can truly help them,” added Sergi. “Every day, these products help some veterans cope with challenges brought on by PTSD or someone's grandmother having trouble sleeping due to pain.”  [Recreational Cannabis News](https://420intel.com/blog/tag/recreational-cannabis-news) ![Buzz](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png?width=200&height=200&name=Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png) #### [Buzz](https://420intel.com/blog/author/buzz) At 420 Intel, we cover cannabis legalization news throughout the world, offer reliable information for cannabis business owners, detail technological advances that impact the marijuana industry, cover marijuana rallies from across the globe, and everything in between. - - - [Cannabis Business News](https://420intel.com/blog/tag/cannabis-business-news) [![Cannabis Arctic Quest: From Poles to Pot](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/dad-grass-jVmkfWnJKrU-unsplash-1.jpg?width=550&height=395&name=dad-grass-jVmkfWnJKrU-unsplash-1.jpg)](https://420intel.com/blog/cannabis-arctic-quest-from-poles-to-pot) - [![Buzz](https://420intel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png?width=80&height=80&name=Buzz-No%20Outline-2.png) Buzz](https://420intel.com/blog/author/buzz) - 12 November 2025 #### [Cannabis Arctic Quest: From Poles to Pot](https://420intel.com/blog/cannabis-arctic-quest-from-poles-to-pot) Some stories begin in cities of glass and noise.
