Headset co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Cy Scott said he’s particularly intrigued by the rise in sales of hemp-derived-THC-infused beverages and how that trend affects the data his company collects from dispensaries. “While these products mainly appear in traditional, unregulated channels, their growing popularity is helping normalize cannabis,” he said. “My hope is that this familiarity will encourage consumers to explore the regulated market — visiting licensed retailers and dispensaries — where they can discover the full spectrum of cannabis varieties and formats.”
